On August 28, 2025, as part of a working visit to the Swiss Confederation, Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Svyrydenko met with the Head of the State Secretariat for the Economy of Switzerland Helene Budliger Artieda and representatives of Swiss business circles.

The Prime Minister of Ukraine expressed gratitude to the Swiss government and the private sector for their solidarity, the assistance already provided in this challenging time, as well as for their support and faith in the future of Ukraine.

Separately, Ukraine's interest in further increasing the presence of Swiss business, expanding existing and creating new production facilities using Swiss experience and technologies was emphasized.

The readiness of the Ukrainian side to provide maximum assistance to international investors was confirmed. Additional measures provided for in the draft Action Program of the Government of Ukraine, which is currently being discussed in consultations with all players, are intended to contribute to this.

Ukraine highly values cooperation with Switzerland in the trade and economic sphere and hopes for further development.
