"We are now training notaries, notary assistants and what is most important – representatives of local self-government authorities to ensure each village to have a specialist having an authority to receive citizens and issue needed statements,” Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk emphasized on a working trip to Khmelnitsky on Thursday, August 6.
Moreover, Arseniy Yatsenyuk informed employees of the State Fiscal Service and local self-government also undergo the relevant training process to ensure direct communication between a file clerk and a citizen and to cut the number of unnecessary documents.
"Before one had to come to the SFS and bring an extract from a certain registry. Now one shouldn’t do that and shouldn’t have to pay. In case the fiscal service has any questions on the data from the registry, the service [clerk – ed.] will open the e-registry and get necessary information."
Arseniy Yatsenyuk stressed that in case of receiving the data by a public authority access to the registry will be as reduced as possible or even free.
