On March 14-15, 2024, a delegation of the Project Office for School Nutrition Reform is in Switzerland on a working visit.

The delegation headed by the head of the office, Orest Stepaniak, is studying foreign experience in providing food in schools and kindergartens with the aim of implementing fundamental reforms in Ukraine in this field. New standards, new menu, modernization of food units, construction of kitchen factories, product safety and quality, procurement control, retraining of cooks.

The Project Office team held the first meeting with diplomats at the Embassy of Ukraine. Meetings are also planned with representatives of the specialized department of the canton of Bern and the city of Bern, after which he will go to the main business players in this field in different parts of the country.
