As part of the reform of the school nutrition system in Ukraine, the team led by Orest Stepaniak visited a number of leading Swiss companies in the field of food technology, food processing, food preparation and delivery.

The reform team is interested in the international experience of leaders in the production of ready-made food, as well as developers of new technologies in the food sector.

The team got acquainted with Swiss technologies in the direction of baby food, ready meals, as well as food with an extended shelf life.

The experience of organizing safety at the production facilities of food industries has also become important.
