The Ambassador Iryna Venediktova congratulated the founders, students and kindergarten children, teachers and parents of the wonderful educational initiative on their birthday. Today more than 200 children attend the Ukrainian school.

At the Mrija school, children improve their knowledge of the Ukrainian language, culture and history and strengthen their awareness of their Ukrainian origin. The curriculum for children from 4 years old corresponds to the framework of HSK (Native Language and Culture) teaching. The school has the right to mark the Swiss certificate in the subject “Native Language and Culture”, since Ukrainian language teaching here is based on the HSK program is certified.

The Ambassador donated the Ukrainian books for the school library. And to commemorate the first anniversary, she presented the school a talisman doll "Invincible" - a symbol of the indomitable spirit of our people, which despite trials and distances defends its ideals.

In "Mrija" the skills and talents of the youngest are developed so that they can achieve their wildest dreams.
