Today in the city of Nidau, Swiss friends organized a cultural event about Ukraine under the slogan "We love Ukraine" for both residents and Ukrainians who have temporarily found refuge in Switzerland.

At the invitation of the deputy of the local council of Nidau Stefan Dörig and together with the deputies of the Federal Parliament of Switzerland Melanie Mettler, Natalie Imboden and Heinz Siegenthaler, Ambassador of Ukraine Iryna Venediktova addressed the participants of the event with a welcome speech. The Ambassador thanked the organizers for such an important initiative. The audience's attention was also drawn to Russia's armed aggression against Ukraine and another terrible act of terrorism in Chernihiv. A minute of silence was observed for the victims of this Russian crime in Ukraine.

These crimes will forever remain in the memory of Ukrainians, some of them will be recorded in books, and some will remain in photographs. In photographs of human faces and living stories.
