Ambassador Iryna Venediktova met with the Federal Councilor, Head of the Federal Department of Economics, Education and Research Guy Parmelin.

During the meeting, sanctions and help in reconstruction of Ukraine were discussed. It was also agreed that Ukraine's reconstruction needs would be taken into account as much as possible in the agenda of the regular meeting of the Ukrainian-Swiss Joint Committee on Trade, Economic and Investment Cooperation.

The conversation also focused on prospects for cooperation in the fields of education, research and innovation.
