On 31 May 2026, the Ambassador of Ukraine to Switzerland took part in the B-FLY charity cultural evening aimed at raising funds to support children with cancer in Ukraine.
The event was held with the support of the “Zaporuка” Charity Foundation, which has been helping children and their families in the fight against serious illnesses for many years.
In her remarks, the Ambassador stressed that supporting children in need is especially important today, as Ukrainian children suffer daily from the consequences of Russian aggression, war, loss, and psychological trauma. Children are the most vulnerable part of society, and it is our shared responsibility to support them and give them hope and faith in the future.
The event also featured an exhibition of children’s drawings. Each artwork reflected the dreams, hopes, and inner strength of children in need of support. Through their drawings, they expressed not only talent and creativity, but also faith in kindness, in the fulfilment of their dreams, and in a better future.
Such initiatives demonstrate the power of human solidarity, culture, and compassion, which can unite people around important humanitarian goals.
We sincerely thank the organisers of the event for implementing this important charitable initiative, as well as all musicians, singers, and artists whose talent and dedication helped create an atmosphere of support, inspiration, and unity.
Together, we continue supporting Ukrainian children and bringing a better future closer for them.
