On 19 September 2025, Ambassador of Ukraine to Switzerland Iryna Venediktova held a meeting with a delegation from the Secretariat of the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights, led by Ms. Olga Altunina, Representative of the Commissioner for the Rights of Citizens Affected by the Armed Aggression against Ukraine.

The discussion focused on key challenges in protecting the rights of Ukrainian citizens residing in Switzerland. In particular, attention was given to ensuring access for Ukrainians to education, the labour market, healthcare, and social services.

The meeting emphasized the importance of safeguarding the rights and addressing the needs of Ukrainian citizens living abroad.
