Today, on Ukraine’s National Flag Day, the Embassy of Ukraine, together with the Ukrainian community, unfurled a 30-metre blue-and-yellow Ukrainian flag in the very heart of Basel.

Thousands of kilometres away from Ukraine, our flag continues to unite Ukrainians — as a symbol of freedom, independence and our unity.

May the Ukrainian flag always fly over a free, independent and peaceful Ukraine!
