During the event, the Government presented the key priorities of state policy for 2025–2029: strengthening stability, security, and societal resilience.
In her speech, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Environment and Culture Sabine Monauni emphasized the importance of Liechtenstein’s active foreign policy based on international law and the support of the rules-based international order.
Of particular importance, Ms. Monauni clearly reaffirmed the Principality of Liechtenstein’s position regarding the end of Russia’s war against Ukraine exclusively on the basis of international law and without any territorial changes. We highly appreciate this consistent and principled support.
The event brought together around 90 ambassadors and representatives of the diplomatic corps, and the presentations by government members and experts provided a comprehensive overview of the Principality’s strategic priorities in the areas of security, economy, digital resilience, and multilingualism.
