Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andrii Sybiha held a phone conversation with Federal Councillor for Foreign Affairs of Switzerland Ignazio Cassis.

Minister Andrii Sybiha informed Ignazio Cassis about the current battlefield situation, the ongoing Russian attacks against Ukrainian civilians, as well as Ukraine’s continued diplomatic and peace efforts aimed at achieving a lasting peace.

The parties discussed the importance of today’s consultations between their ministries held in Kyiv and agreed to continue close coordination on further cooperation.

The interlocutors also exchanged views on broader regional and international developments.

Minister Andrii Sybiha noted Switzerland’s continued engagement and support for Ukraine.
