On 2 October, Ambassador of Ukraine to the Swiss Confederation Iryna Venediktova met with representatives of the Schweizerischer Friedensrat (Swiss Peace Council).

During the meeting, the Ambassador briefed the participants on the current situation in Ukraine and the challenges facing the country amid Russia’s aggression.

Particular attention was given to the solidarity of the Swiss people with Ukraine and the importance of continued support for Ukraine on its path towards a just and lasting peace.
