Since the beginning of the war, the Swiss side has provided around CHF 9 million for research by Ukrainian scientists in Switzerland and Ukraine. The Swiss National Science Foundation plans to continue close cooperation with the National Research Fund of Ukraine and is preparing around 15 joint projects in the scientific field.

The Ambassador thanked the Swiss side for the opportunity for Ukrainian students to continue their education in Switzerland. This is an important demonstration of support and investment in Ukraine's future.

During the meeting, the possibility of launching a Swiss-Ukrainian initiative in the field of technology transfer within the framework of the NazovniTech project of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine was also discussed. The Swiss side supported the importance of such cooperation for the implementation of post-war reconstruction projects in Ukraine.
