The leading and most renowned university in Switzerland - the University of St.Gallen is celebrating its 125th anniversary. The courses in business administration, economics and political and social sciences are among the best in the world. The Ambassador Iryna Venediktova took part in the forum "Dies academicus".

Renowned politicians, experts and alumni were brought together to discuss future politics and economic development. The influence of universities in the formation of new generations, the formation of public opinion and the crystallization of ideas that change the world is very important.

During the event, the German political scientist, historian and natural scientist Manfred Sapper was awarded an honorary doctorate from the University of St.Gallen in the field of social sciences. He is a specialist in Eastern European issues and co-author of the book on the war in Ukraine - "Test case Ukraine: Europe and its values".
