From August 8th to September 10th, the Lucerne Music Festival brings together the world stars of classical music in the heart of Switzerland.

This year, as part of the festival, the Ukrainian Freedom Orchestra will perform under the direction of the Canadian conductor with Ukrainian roots, Keri-Lynn Wilson.

The Freedom Orchestra is a sign of solidarity with the victims of the war of aggression against Ukraine and a symbol of the amazing strength and determination of the Ukrainian people.

The Ukrainian Freedom Orchestra united 74 musicians: representatives of Ukrainian orchestras and performers of Ukrainian origin from Europe.

The orchestra performed an exquisite program in the leading cultural center of Switzerland and revealed the musical depths of Ukrainian culture. The entire program was accompanied by ovations from the crowded hall, and the National Anthem of Ukraine, which crowned the orchestra's performance, sounded particularly warm.

The voice of Ukraine at such international events is a confirmation of the high ability of Ukrainians and the huge contribution of our people to world culture! We thank the Ukrainian Freedom Orchestra for the extremely important task of popularizing modern Ukrainian music in Switzerland and Europe.
