During her visit to the Canton of Vaud, the Ambassador of Ukraine Iryna Venediktova took part in the celebrations on the occasion of the transfer of humanitarian aid to Ukraine in the form of firefighting equipment.

We are sincerely grateful to the Canton of Vaud and the Etablissement Cantonal d'Assurance for providing 10 units of firefighting equipment to strengthen the ability of Ukrainian firefighters to save the lives of people suffering from barbaric shelling of civilian infrastructure.

We highly appreciate the constant attention of the member of the Swiss National Council Laurent Wehrli to the bilateral Ukrainian-Swiss political dialogue, in particular, in the parliamentary dimension. Special thanks for the initiative to assist Ukrainian firefighters.
