On June 24, diplomats from the Embassy of Ukraine in Switzerland took part in the annual Nordic Security Policy seminar and discussion, organized by the Embassy of Norway in Bern in cooperation with other Scandinavian diplomatic missions and with the participation of a wide diplomatic corps.

This year's theme: "Modern Military Service in Conditions of Instability - Security, Inclusivity and Readiness", which is also extremely relevant for Ukraine.

During the event, the vision of the defense policy of Switzerland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland was presented in view of the ongoing full-scale war of Russia against Ukraine.

The speeches of the Swiss State Secretary for Security Policy Markus Mader and Major General of the Swiss Army Germain Siever became an important part of the discussion.
