On May 31, with the assistance and participation of the Embassy, Deputy Minister of Health of Ukraine Maryna Slobodnichenko visited Bern for a one-day visit.

As part of the visit, meetings were held with the Director of the Federal Department of Health, Anne Levy, representatives of the Federal Health Service of Switzerland and university medicine, namely the H+ Association and the Insel Clinic.

There was a constructive exchange of views on the practical steps of further development of bilateral interaction and cooperation in the field of medicine with an emphasis on attracting Swiss aid for the purposes of supporting and reforming the health care system of Ukraine, as well as promoting interaction between medical institutions of both countries.
